Almost all komfy products are manufactured in Greece, in two of the country’s largest and most advanced factories. Komfy relies on its people and technology, investing in research and development to ensure the high quality of its products and their adaptation to the ever-changing needs of the modern era.
Due to the many combinations available for komfy products, orders can only be placed by phone. Our specialized design consultants will assist you in completing your order.
Komfy products are occasionally offered at discounted prices. During other periods, you can purchase exhibition pieces that are ready for delivery at significant discounts.
For every order, a 30% deposit of the total value is required, with the balance payable two days before delivery.
Payments can be made in cash, by credit/debit card in-store, or via bank transfer.
Yes, you can pay in up to 12 interest-free installments with your credit card, depending on the total value of your order.
Delivery is relatively quick. Komfy products are usually delivered within 3–4 weeks of the deposit payment. In special cases (e.g., seasonality or custom designs), delivery may take longer, and you will be informed accordingly.

For locations without komfy stores or abroad, products are delivered to customer-designated agencies and transported at the customer’s expense and responsibility. Komfy ensures proper packaging so that products can be transported safely without damage.
In areas served by komfy stores, we assemble and install your furniture free of charge. In areas not covered by komfy stores, we provide guidance for proper assembly of your products.

Yes, you can. However, you should be aware that depending on how long you’ve had your sofa, the fabric color may have changed. Therefore, if you order the same fabric for the additional piece, there may be a slight color discrepancy with the fabric of your sofa.
Almost all the pieces of komfy sofas are connected at the bottom with special connectors to prevent movement. The connection and disconnection of the pieces is a simple process, allowing you to easily move the parts of your sofa when needed.
Since sunlight and humidity affect the fabrics and materials of furniture, if you want to place your furniture outdoors, you should request that they be made from special materials that are resistant to outdoor conditions, i.e., outdoor furniture.
For sofas, back cushions should be shaken when they lose their shape to return them to their original form. For seat cushions, it’s good to change their position—if the sofa model allows it—to ensure an even distribution of weight.
Also, the cushion covers need to be returned to their original position as they tend to slip forward with use.
For wooden surfaces, clean them only with a soft microfiber cloth, damp and well-wrung. Avoid chemicals and commercial cleaning products. If liquid spills, it should be wiped immediately, as it could damage the wood if left.

If the delivery was made by a shipping agency and the product’s packaging is damaged, report it to the shipping staff immediately upon receipt.
